প্রস্তুত প্রনালীঃ
প্রথমে ১ লিটার দুধ গরম করে ঠান্ডা করতে হবে।
তার পর বাটিতে ঢেলে সাথে পরিমাণ মতো টক দই এবং চিনি দিয়ে ২/৩ ঘন্টা ইলেকট্রিক লাইন দিয়ে রাখুন আর দেখুন দই তৈরি হয়ে গেছে।
